Sallie has been in the Dance & Fitness Industry, choreographing & teaching professionally all over the world. As part of the team here at the club, she is one of our Instructors bringing the Xtend Barre concept to the South East.
LUCY WINDSOR DAY
Lucy brings a wealth of experience, from being a Personal Trainer and currently finishing off her degree in nutrition at university. She teaches group fitness classes, Hiit,core,Spin,Body Pump,Body Balance and Body attack. Lucy comes alive to the sound of music, loves to have a sing along in her classes.
Yoga & Hot Yoga
Teaching Sivananda for 7 years, Grace completed her training in India. ‘It was an amazing experience living in Ashram for 4 weeks, also a personal challenge; I had plenty of hand sanitizer!’
Being a mother of 2, Grace finds her Yoga practice helps in many ways in family life on dealing calmly with the children and also with stresses of everyday life.
Barbara discovered Pilates 20 years ago when she developed a bad back after having children. Creating a stronger core, better balance and flexibility through the technical discipline of Pilates helps her to enjoy a very active life. Currently training with Michael King and working through Pilates Mat Work Stage 2. She is enjoying her first experiences of teaching; with an aim to provide technical insights in a relaxed and fun atmosphere.
