Where can I park?
We know that Leigh is a bustling, busy and vibrant place! In order to help you use our club at popular times we are building a safe, covered, bike-rack area just outside the club at the rear of the Arcade. We hope to encourage more members to ‘hop’ on their bikes if they live close by, as this will help them save time, parking and petrol as well as the environment!
If the weather is miserable or you’re on the ‘school run’ and need to arrive by car – don’t worry you can pick up the latest up-to-date maps of the area from our club reception. We’ve highlighted the closest, cheapest and best ‘long-stay’ parking areas in Leigh so you don’t waste your time driving in circles!

How early should I arrive before my class begins?
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your class to allow yourself time to check in, get changed and make your way to the appropriate studio.
What if I need to cancel my class/session?
Should you need to cancel your session, please be aware that HASSLE FREE FITNESS operates a 4 hour cancellation policy. Please note, your account will not be re-credited if you should cancel inside the 4 hour period. Please cancel your class through your online account.
How long are my Pay-as-you-use class credits valid for?
Taster Passes are valid for 1 month from date of purchase or activation date, whichever is the preferred.
10 and 25 class passes are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.
Can I keep a locker?
No, you may not keep a locker. To ensure that we have enough lockers available for all our clients throughout the day, we would ask you to ensure that after your visit you please remove all belongings from your locker and remove any personal items from the changing areas, helping us keep a clean and tidy environment for every client, every visit.
Can I use the fitness suite?
The fitness suite operates as an independent facility and therefore you need to be a client of Platinum Personal Training to use their facilities. Please contact Paul Bennett on email@example.com should you wish to find out what options are available to you.
