XTEND BARRE

The Xtend Barre™ Workout is a fast-paced, 55-minute full body immersion that fuses dance, Pilates and sculpting exercises at the ballet barre to give you a chiselled body – and fast!
It sculpts the body proportionally so that all body parts are equally challenged. This total body workout serves to strengthen, lengthen, and stretch the body from top to bottom, from inside out. The end result is a long and lean physique… without added bulk. Developed from a dance/Pilates background, the Xtend Barre workout combines the amazing results of dance with the principles of strength and safety in Pilates.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt, tone and strengthen your entire body, fast!
Great bodies aren’t born, they are transformed, using the proven BODYPUMP™ formula: THE REP EFFECT™ a breakthrough in resistance workout training. Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you’ll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning.

BOX FIT

A ‘Boxing for Fitness’ workout inspired by Ricky Hatton, 4 times world champion. This class includes padwork and full body functional exercise. You will be taught how to hold pads and punch correctly so no need to be put off, get fitter quicker! Have you seen a boxers physique? That’s why you should come give it a go!

METAFIT

Home of the 30 minute metabolic workout that last 24hours. WARNING! Metafit will seriously change your body!
Created by a former Royal Marine Commando Metafit™ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire!

INSANITY

A 45-minute cardio-based, total-body conditioning programme and is based on ‘max interval training’, a faster way of burning calories – a possible 1,000-calorie burn!
Traditional HIIT workouts, which can burn up to 750 calories in 45 minutes, feature short bursts of maximum intensity with longer periods of rest. But Insanity flips that formula upside-down by combining lengthier periods of high intensity exercise with shorter cool downs.

CIRCUIT

Circuit training is a combination of body conditioning training, resistance training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance.

HOT YOGA

Hot Yoga will take your range of flexibility, muscular toning and supple strength to a new level, allowing you to cleanse your skin and detox your body whilst improving mental focus and concentration.

FITBALL

Fit ball Pilates is fun and challenging. You will learn to use the ball safely within your own space, working at your own strength and ability. You can expect to improve core strength to achieve balance and stability on the ball, and improve coordination, flexibility and muscle tone working with length to gain long, lean muscles. Pilates fundamentals are enforced throughout the class and we will be working at a level for Improvers – Intermediates.Take the challenge!
